FGFR2 Gene Mutation clinical trials at UC Health
2 in progress, 1 open to new patients
Pediatric MATCH: Erdafitinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Advanced Solid Tumors, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, or Histiocytic Disorders With FGFR Mutations
open to eligible people ages 12 months to 21 years
This phase II trial studies how well erdafitinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders that have spread to other places in the body and have come back or do not respond to treatment with FGFR mutations. Erdafitinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Lung-MAP: AZD4547 as Second-Line Therapy in Treating FGFR Positive Patients With Recurrent Stage IV Squamous Cell Lung Cancer
Sorry, in progress, not accepting new patients
This phase II/III trial studies how well FGFR inhibitor AZD4547 (AZD4547) works in treating patients with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer that has come back after previous treatment. This is a sub-study that includes all screened patients positive for the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) biomarker. FGFR can cause tumor cells to grow more quickly. AZD4547 may decrease the activity of FGFR and may be able to shrink tumors.
