This Phase 1 study will assess the safety, tolerability, and preliminary antileukemic activity of ziftomenib in combination with venetoclax and azacitidine (ven/aza), ven, and 7+3 for two different molecularly-defined arms, NPM1-m and KMT2A-r.

Ziftomenib Combinations in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia
open to eligible people ages 18 years and up
The safety, tolerability, and antileukemic response of ziftomenib in combination with standard of care treatments for patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia will be examined with the following agents: FLAG-IDA, low-dose cytarabine, and gilteritinib.
