A Phase 2 Study of CPI-0610 With and Without Ruxolitinib in Patients With Myelofibrosis

Phase 1 Part (Complete): Open-label, sequential dose escalation study of CPI-0610 in patients with previously treated Acute Leukemia, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Myelodysplastic/Myeloproliferative Neoplasms, and Myelofibrosis. Phase 2 Part: Open-label study of CPI-0610 with and without Ruxolitinib in patients with Myelofibrosis. CPI-0610 is a small molecule inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins.

Assess the Safety, Tolerability Oral PU-H71 in Subjects Taking Ruxolitinib

This is a multicenter, Phase 1b study with dose escalation and expansion cohorts designed to assess the safety, tolerability, PK, and preliminary efficacy of PU-H71 in subjects with PMF, Post-PV MF, Post-ET MF, taking stable doses of ruxolitinib.

Connect® Myeloid Disease Registry

The purpose of the Connect® Myeloid disease registry is to provide unique insights into treatment decisions and treatment patterns as they relate to clinical outcomes of patients with myeloid diseases in routine clinical practice. This disease registry will also evaluate molecular and cellular markers that may provide further prognostic classification which may or may not be predictive of therapy and clinical outcomes.

A Phase 3, randomized, blinded study comparing pelabresib (CPI-0610) and ruxolitinib with placebo and ruxolitinib in myelofibrosis (MF) patients that have not been previously treated with Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). Pelabresib is a small molecule inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins.

The purpose of this Phase 3 study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Luspatercept compared with placebo in subjects with myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN)-associated Myelofibrosis (MF) and anemia on concomitant Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) inhibitor therapy and who require red blood cell count (RBC) transfusions. The study is divided into Screening Period, a Treatment Phase (consisting of a Blinded Core Treatment Period, a Day 169 Response Assessment, a Blinded Extension Treatment Period, and an Open-label Extension Treatment Period), and a Posttreatment Follow-up Period.
